Angela Rossitto is a contemporary visual artist based in Melbourne. She recently completed her PhD (2022) in the School of Art at RMIT, Melbourne.  She has previously completed a Bachelor of Visual Art in Fine Art and a MAVA (Masters of Art in Visual Art) with first class Honours at the Queensland College of Art (Griffith University). Her practice is primarily installation/ sculpture based and combines found objects and 'hand craft' techniques such as knitting. Her work investigates concepts including deep time and interconnectedness.

She has exhibited widely within Brisbane and Melbourne as well as elsewhere in Australia and over-seas. She has undertaken a number of international residencies, been an award and grant recipient on several occasions, and has been commissioned to produce both individual and collaborative artworks.  As well as her own artistic practice, Angela is also co-director of artist run initiative The Wandering Room.
